1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and sale seasons.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if placed before 12 PM EST)
Please note that these delivery estimates are for domestic orders only. International orders may take longer due to customs processing.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and other charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.
5. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, sometimes delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, postal carrier delays, or customs processing. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at MKsFashion@myyahoo.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue. We may request photos of the damage to process a claim with the shipping carrier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or missing shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you realize you've made an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible.
