Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns on unused and unworn items in their original condition (tags attached, packaging intact) within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Certain items such as final sale, personalized or customized products, intimate wear are non-returnable. These exclusions will be clearly stated in the product description.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Approval: We will provide you with a return authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Once you have received your RMA, carefully package your item(s) and return them to the provided address. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.

  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes on international returns.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to assist with the process.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
