1. How can I place an order?

Placing an order with us is easy! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Browse through our products and select the items you’d like to purchase.

  2. Add your items to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

  3. Once you’re ready to check out, click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page.

  4. Review your order, enter your shipping details, and proceed to payment.

  5. After completing the checkout process, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if ordered before 12 PM EST)

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed to get them to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this means that once an order is confirmed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order . Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item(s) and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

8. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

9. Do you offer international shipping?
